
Registration Agreements
- Priority registration will be exclusively online via the ISC website portal August 4th to August 11th.
- ECC activities begin on August 14th and end on December 8th
- September 1,
2017 is the deadline to sign up for Semester 1 activities. - To ensure safety and quality, there is a minimum and
maximum number of students per activity.
- Once the maximum number of participants is reached any additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list.
- If the minimum enrollment is not met, the activity will be canceled for the semester and parents will be notified immediately.
- Regular attendance is expected.
- If, for any reason, a
student can not stay for an After School activity in which they are enrolled, please send a note to theactivity teacher. If no note is provided, it will be considered an unexcused absence. - If a student accumulates 3 unexcused absences in a semester, he/she
will will forfeit their opportunity to participate in that activity for the remainder of the semester. - If a student is disenrolled due to excessive absences, no refund will be provided.
- Siblings or friends not signed up for the activity may NOT attend. They must register
for another available activity or be picked up to go home. - Confirmation of your child’s After-School registration will be sent via Jupiter on August 12th.
- The outsourced activities payment must be done directly with the activity sponsor.****
- ****Tennis: Due to limited space and contractual obligations, all tennis lessons must be paid for in advance and the (monthly/semester) fees will automatically be charged by ISC.
- ISC provides transportation to/from the tennis facilities. Students will return to the ISC campus in time to take the after-school buses.
- **** Special Note – Tennis No refunds will be provided once lessons start.
- In
case of rain: Outdoor activities will be held in the Learning Center or in a classroom. Students will be provided alternative activities.

- Students must follow activity guidelines and participate actively.
- 1st and 2nd grade students will be taken by their homeroom teachers to the Elementary Covered Area and will be supervised by recreational assistants from 3:30pm to 3:45pm. At 4:45pm, all 1st and 2nd grade students will be handed to the recreational assistant at the Elementary Covered Area by their After-School teacher. Parents and van drivers must pick up 1st and 2nd graders from the Elementary Covered Area until 4:55pm. At 4:55pm, remaining students will be taken to the dismissal area and supervised by school guards.
- 3rd to 5th grade students will wait in the Elementary Covered Area from 3:30pm to 3:45pm to be picked up by After-School activity teacher. Students will be released at 4:45pm and go directly to the dismissal area.

- ****Tennis and Swimming: Due to limited space and contractual obligations, all tennis and swimming lessons must be paid for in advance and the (monthly/semester) fees will be automatically charged by ISC.
- ISC will provide transportation to/from the tennis and swimming facilities. Students will return to the ISC campus in time to take the 5:00pm buses.
- **** Special Note – Tennis No refunds will be provided once lessons start.
- In case of rain: Outdoor activities will be held in the Learning Center or in a classroom. Students will be provided alternative activities.
- ****In all soccer activities shin guards are mandatory and cleats are not allowed.
- Any behavior issues will be reported via Jupiter Grades. After 3 warnings, he/she will forfeit their opportunity to participate in that activity for the remainder of the semester.
- Futsal will have matches on Saturdays – if called to the game, your child is expected to go or communicate their absence to the coach at least one practice prior to the game.
- Due to the competitive nature of the futsal leagues, not all children are guaranteed the same amount of playing time.
- Selection of players to each game and the amount of time played is at coaches discretion. Coaches will give priority to players that are attending practices two times a week, and have 100% attendance to practices.
- Player expectations will be clearly communicated to the players by their coaches.

- All students will be guaranteed at least one of their after school choices.
- Activities are from 3:45pm to 5:00pm.
- Middle and High School Athletics and Academic support begins on August 7th and ends on December 15th.
- Academic support is from
3:45pm to4:45pm. - Other Middle & High School activities begin on August 14th and end on December 8th.
- All out-of-season Athletics will be canceled during SAAC and Middle School tournaments.
- Students are expected to follow activity guidelines and be active participants.
- Students who do not uphold the ISC’s will forfeit their opportunity to participate in that activity for the remainder of the semester.
- Siblings or friends not signed up for the activity may NOT attend. They must register for another available activity or be picked up to go home.
