Fee Based Activities
Students will get to know the classics of Children’s Literature by listening to books and poems read aloud.
Children will be encouraged to explore different materials and use their creativity. They will learn the primary colors and how to mix them to create new colors. They will also have the opportunity to learn different painting techniques and the life and work of some famous artists.
Children will have different opportunities to explore and manipulate a variety of materials in order to represent and communicate their ideas through multiple symbol systems while developing their fine motor skills and creativity.
This club intends to promote health-related activities, such as: exercising, playing games, cooking healthy recipes. Each week we will develop a different activity, with the goal of stimulating students to make healthy choices.
Students will have fun learning how to play chess.
In this club, students will have the opportunity to explore the elements of the ECC forest and nature will teach them. They will be in contact with trees, flowers, bugs, different kinds of plants, rocks, soil etc. We will be discussing the importance of all the living things to the environment and our lives. In this club, students will also be able to demonstrate learning through fun activities such as painting, collage and drawing.
During our Block Play, the students will be building learning skills. They will have the opportunity to develop creativity, problem-solving as well as social skills. They will manipulate objects, create structures and work together.
All About Food
In this class, children will learn about different kinds of food. We will talk about healthy and unhealthy eating habits. They will also learn how to prepare simple recipes.
Students will create their own artistic projects.

The Eco Club will be exploring nature and learning about native plants and animals through outdoor activities around the ISC campus. Students will be doing gardening and conservation work to make our school greener. They will learn about the importance of protecting our natural environment through

Arts & Crafts
Students will be encouraged to use their creativity while developing fun and diverse art techniques.
Students will learn fun and interesting experiments and practicing many science activities as well as hands-on projects.
Fine Motor Skills
Students will have the opportunity to develop activities that involve small movements with hands, fingers, feet and toes. We might do some beading, weaving, painting and sewing, always with the aim of improving motor skills and having fun.
This activity has the purpose of promoting Brazilian games for children and allowing them to know the Brazilian culture by playing and having fun.
At the Gymnastics classes, students work with hand equipment, ropes, bows, tapes in addition to body movement and acrobatic elements.

Students will work on two projects during the semester. The main one is a soccer robot and the second one is still TBD. By the end of classes, students will take their projects home.
