Non Fee Based Activities

Math Support

Fun activities and exercises that help students learn Math.

Elementary Chess

Student will learn basics strategies and advanced chess moves.

Cookies and Co.

An introduction to cooking in which students learn to bake cookies and other goodies.

Wildcat Ambassador

To be a Wildcat Ambassador gives students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and various projects. The ambassadors are in charge of planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare.

Earth Rangers

This club is for students who want to be Green Leaders at ISC. The students will help ISC become a greener school by doing special projects that help protect nature. Students will explore nature at ISC and teach others how we can take better care of our planet. All Elementary students may sign up for this activity but there will be a selection process afterwards. There is a limit of three students from each grade level who will be selected by a committee to join the club.


Soccer practice for boys and girls from Grades 5 and 6.


Basketball practice for boys and girls from Grades 5 and 6.


The kids will be a part of dramatic plays and activities.

Elementary School Choir

Choir rehearsals in order to perform at major ISC events and activities.

Art Club

Art Club gives students them the opportunity to learn and apply basic art techniques and process. We will explore a variety of materials including but not limited to chalk, oil pastels, clay, and basic drawing, paint and collage materials.

ES Running Club

A club to help children add more activity to their day and develop a lifetime love for running and a healthy lifestyle.

Sports Initiation

Students learn the basics about team sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc. 

Aprender Brincando

A fun and ludic way of learning Portuguese for non-Portuguese speaking students.

Mindfulness Coloring 

An opportunity to spend time in a focused state, undertaking a creative activity that can have a calming and meditative effect.

Fee Based Activities


Students will work on two projects during the semester. The main one is a soccer robot and the second one is still TBD. By the end of classes, students will take their projects home.

Drone Kids

In the Racer module, “Child Rider Training”, we will teach children how to drive safe racing drones with and without the use of fun First Person View (FPV) goggles.

Racer is a great opportunity to reinforce your child’s learning. In it, we will teach Physics, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, and Arts in a playful, light and very efficient way.

At the Gymnastics classes, students work with hand equipment, ropes, bows, and tapes in addition to body movement and acrobatic elements.

Movements and techniques of the Capoeira game.

Jazz Dance classes involve a diversity of movements and rhythms, looking for technique, social, emotional and cognitive development of students.

Digital Photography

Experiments with lights (natural and artificial), composition, camera obscura, lens, smartphone cameras, light painting, and shadows.
